Lenovo’s base warranty is rated excellent by Laptop Mag, 2023 , and covers remote troubleshooting from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, seven days a week. But one size doesn’t fit all, so we offer Premium Care for those who want a more comprehensive warranty with 24/7 support, onsite repairs, and more.

Premium Care adds 24/7 support, ‘how to’ assistance with software and hardware, plus onsite support and rapid repairs to your base warranty.

You can purchase Premium Care as long as your base warranty remains active. However, we recommend upgrading at the time of purchase or within ninety days.

You can update Lenovo drivers by visiting the Drivers & Software page on Lenovo’s Support site. Enter your device's model or serial number to see available drivers and software updates. Select the appropriate driver for your operating system and download it. After downloading, run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts to complete your installation.

All these services offer advanced 24/7 tech support with fast-track resolution. Premier Support is available for Think devices; most other devices, including tablets, will be eligible for Premium Care or Premium Care Plus. Premium Care Plus has the same features as Premium Care, with additional Accidental Damage Protection, automated virus or malware removal, automated performance checks, and a 3-year sealed battery warranty.
